We are committed to delivering your orders quickly and safely.

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Orders of €25 or more: Free shipping

  • Orders under €25: €2.99 standard shipping fee

  • Delivery time: 1–4 working days (estimated).

  • Estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.
  • Shipping is available to Belgium

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To start a return, log into your account and select the order, then click “Request Return".

 

How to Request a Return

  • Eligible orders will display a Return button on the Order Page in your account.

  • Click the Return button to request a return.

  • Once approved, a prepaid return label containing the return address will be emailed to you within 1 business day. Return is free of charge.

  • Print the label, securely package the product, and attach the label to the package.

  • Drop off the package at your local Bpost or GLS location, as instructed in your return confirmation email.

 

Return Conditions

  • The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving the product.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
